The invention relates to compounds having formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts and stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein X is O or S; Y is CH or N; R1, R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkoxyalkoxy, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethyloxy or difluromethyleloxy; R6 is C1-C4 alkyl; C1-C4 alkyl substituted with arylcyclohexyl; aryl or arylcarbonyl; wherein aryl is phenyl optionally substituted with one or two substituents selected from halogen and C1-C4 alkyl; Z is C = O or CHOH, and (1) is a radical of the formula (a-1), (a-2), (a-3), (a-4), (a-5), (a -6) or (a-7), the compositions comprising said compounds, procedures for preparing the same and the use of these compounds as a medicine. |
