abstract The invention is related to an integrated film and fiber plant for the production of cellulose films and fibers in accordance with the amine-oxide process, said plant consisting substantially of: a plant for the production of pulp; a mixing device for the production of a pulp suspension in an aqueous amine-oxide solution, said suspension has a low consistency; a device for the concentration of the pulp suspension that has low consistency, in which the pulp suspension is mechanically expanded as a layer on a heating surface, heated and transported through said heating surface, mixing it intensively at the same time and by evaporating the water, until a predetermined amount of water has evaporated and a concentrated pulp suspension has been produced; a device in which the suspension of concentrated cellulose produced in the previous device is transformed into a moldable solution of cellulose and a forming device connected to said device, in which the moldable solution of cellulose is processed into films or cellulose fibers (figure 1 ).
