abstract An anti-microbial composition is provided containing a formic acid ester, an oxidant, performaic acid and water. A premix is also provided to produce the two-part anti-microbial composition. One part contains the formic acid ester and a second part contains the oxidant. Another method of making the anti-microbial composition is provided wherein the formic acid ester is combined with the oxidant and water.
