The invention relates to supports and derivatized solid compounds having formula (I) where S can be a solid support; L can be a chemical bond or an inorganic or organic linker; Z can be -SO2- or -S-S-; R can be -OH, an H-phosphonate, an alkane phosphonate, a phosphite triester, a phosphite diester, a phosphorothioate, a phosphorodithioate, a phosphoro amidate, a phosphoroamidite, -OR1, -SR1, a nucleotide, N, which can be substituted or modified in a sugar, phosphate base, or an oligonucleotide of the formula - (N) g -R2, where N is as defined above which may be the same or different; g is an integer from one to two hundred; R1 is a suitable protecting group; and R2 can be an H-phosphonate, an alkane phosphonate, or a phosphotriester, a phosphite triester, a phosphite diester, a phosphorothioate, a phosphorodithioate, a phosphoramidate, a phosphoroamidite, -OH, -OR1, -SR1, or -OP (OCH2CH2CN) - or- CH2CH2ZCH2CH2OR1. Furthermore, this invention provides a method for preparing 3'-phosphate oligonucleotides, 5'-phosphate oligonucleotides, (3 ', 5') - disphosphate oligononucleotides, 3'-phosphate oligonucleotides conjugates, 5'-phosphate oligonucleotides conjugates and (3 ', 5 ') -disphosphate conjugated oligonucleotides. |
