titleOfInvention BRAIDED POLYESTER SUTURE.
abstract The present invention provides an improved braided polyester satura made of polyester filaments having a weight average molecular weight greater than 35,000, a toughness of about 7 to about 8.5 grams / denier, a percentage elongation at break less than 30 % and a boiling point water shrinkage of about 0.5 to 3.0%. The satura of the invention has reduced roughness and improved tensile strength.
