13-substituted milbemycin derivatives having formula (I): wherein; R1 is methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, or secondary butyl; R2 is hydrogen or alkyl; X is (a-hydroxyimino- or -a-alkoxyimino-substituted) -arylmethyl or (a-hydroxyimino- or a-alkoxyimino-substituted) -hethocyclylmethyl, aminophenyl-N-substituted or aminophenoxy-N-substituted) m is 0 or 1 ; and n is 0 or 1; they are valuable as anthelmintic agents, acaricides and insecticides for agricultural and horticultural use. |
