The process according to the invention makes it possible to easily obtain a composition comprising 100% isolated true spilanthol (2E, 6Z, 8E) -N- (2-methylpropyl) deca-2,6,8-trienamida) or a mixture of true spilanthol with the isomers and / or homologues thereof that may accompany it.
