A method for modifying the surface of an aluminum oxide support is described. The method comprises the following sequential steps: 1) dissolve soluble kazoe in deionized water and prepare an aqueous solution of kazoe; 2) soak an aluminum oxide support in the aqueous kazoe solution and perform vacuum drying; 3) place the dry aluminum oxide support in a reaction vessel, add silicon tetrachloride, add the Grignard reagent drop by drop, seal the reaction vessel, heat, and react at a constant temperature for 3 to 18 hours, wherein the average volume of silicon tetrachloride added to the aluminum oxide support is controlled to be (0.5-5): 1 and the heating temperature of the reaction vessel is controlled to be between 160 ° C to 350 ° C; and 4) cooling the reaction vessel, filtering the aluminum oxide support, washing and vacuum drying again to obtain the modified surface of the aluminum oxide support. Practice shows that, by adopting the method, a layer of compact silicon nitride can be synthesized on the surface of the aluminum oxide support under mild reaction conditions and the obtaining of the aluminum oxide support can be improved in multiple aspects. |
