titleOfInvention USE OF VINAZA IN THE LIGNOCELLULOSIC BIOMASS SACARIFICATION PROCESS.
abstract The present invention relates to an enzymatic hydrolysis process comprising adding vinegar as a buffering agent to a reaction medium containing lignocellulosic plant biomass, wherein said lignocellulosic plant biomass is selected from a group consisting of sugarcane bagasse, straw sugarcane, and a mixture of sugarcane bagasse and sugarcane straw, where the vinaza is added in an amount that varies, in percentage of mass (% weight / weight) from 30% to 60% and the Water quantity varies in percentage of mass (% weight / weight), from 70% to 40%, where a pH range of 4.5 to 5.5 is maintained.
