The present invention relates to a method for producing a liquid flavored with aromatic compounds from chocolate, where a gas comprising aroma derived from cocoa or a cocoa-based product and water is condensed to provide a liquid aqueous phase and a phase soda; and the gas phase is pressurized in the presence of an absorption liquid. Then, the resulting liquid can be further treated and used to modify and improve the aromatic profile of chocolate, of a compound or of any chocolate-flavored products or products to which it is intended to confer chocolate aroma (e.g., packing) |
