titleOfInvention DEVICE FOR ENERGY SAVING AND CONTINUOUS SEPARATION OF MAGNETIC CONSTITUENTS AND EFFICIENT CLEANING OF MAGNETIC FRACTION.
abstract An apparatus for the separation of magnetic constituents of a dispersion comprising these magnetic constituents and non-magnetic constituents, comprising at least one channel similar to a loop through which a dispersion flows having at least two inputs and at least two outputs, which further comprises at least one magnet that is movable along the channel, where the channel is arranged in relation to gravity in a way that non-magnetic constituents are assisted to enter at least the first first outlet (current I) by sedimentation and by the dispersion stream and the magnetic constituents are forced into at least a second outlet (stream II) by a magnetic force against a wash water stream. In addition, a process for the separation of magnetic constituents from a dispersion comprising these magnetic constituents and non-magnetic constituents.
