titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE TO PREPARE SUBSTITUTED ACETAMIDOXIMAS |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for preparing substituted acetamidoximes, of the formula (SEE FIGURE) in which R represents a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, an alkyl group comprising 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or an alkoxy group it comprises from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and R1 represents: a hydrogen atom; a benzoyl group of the formula: (SEE FIGURE) wherein R2 designates a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, a nitro group, an alkoxy group comprising 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a trifluoromethyl group; a carbamoyl group of the formula -CO-NH-R3 where R3 represents an alkyl group comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group comprising at most 6 carbon atoms or a phenyl nucleus, characterized in that it consists of making reacting a cyano-2-acetanilide of formula (II): (SEE FIGURE) in which R has the same meaning as in formula (I) with hydroxylamine at reflux in an organic solvent such as methanol; and the product obtained eventually is reacted with an isocyanate of formula (IV): in which R3 has the same meaning as in formula (I), a reaction that is carried out in an organic solvent such as chloroform, in principle at temperature atmosphere to reflux. |
