The present disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a therapeutically effective amount of an antimuscarinic or anticholinergic agent, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of lipoic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof. The antimuscarinic or anticholinergic agent is a compound of Formula I, Formula II, or Formula III, and the lipoic acid is a compound of Formula IV or Formula V. The pharmaceutical composition is a physical mixture of an antimuscarinic or anticholinergic agent. and lipoic acid. |
