titleOfInvention DRY CONSTRUCTION COMPOSITION PROJECTABLE BY WET VIA THROUGH A SCREW PUMP AND INCLUDING A BINDER AND A LOAD OF BIOLOGICAL SOURCES - PREPARATION AND APPLICATIONS OF SUCH A COMPOSITION.
abstract The invention relates to a dry construction composition, easily sprayable by the wet method using a screw pump, which forms, after hardening, an insulating material (? < 0.1 W·m-1·K-1) and mechanically resistant , in a durable way. This composition comprises: -A- at least one binder including: • -A1 -at least one primary binder comprising lime and/or at least one source of alumina and/or at least one source of calcium sulfate, preferably at least a source of alumina; • -A2- at least one agent that retains water; • -A3- preferably at least one surfactant; -B- at least one load of vegetable biological sources based on sunflower stalk and/or corn stalk and/or rapeseed stalk that has an Apparent Volumetric Mass (MVA) in kg/m3, less than 110; preferably between 10 and 80; the B/A ratio (litres/kg) is between 2 and 9; this composition is intended to be mixed with water according to a water/binder ratio -A- greater than or equal to 0.8. Another object of the invention is the wet composition, its preparation, the binder -A- taken separately, as well as an application method by projection, on a horizontal or vertical support, or by molding.
