abstract The present invention relates to a cleaning and protective composition, and to a method of using the composition on an article, such as a touch screen, or screen protector of a mobile device, computer, or any other electronic device. The composition comprises a polymeric film-forming agent. The polymeric film former is an oxazoline homopolymer or an extended or modified polymer based on an oxazoline homopolymer. The polymeric film-forming agent forms a retention coating to retain the components of the composition for an extended period of time. The composition is also presented in a package with an application device.
