titleOfInvention COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS TO ACTIVATE THE DEPENDENT SIGNALING OF THE "INTERFERON GEN STIMULATOR".
abstract The present invention provides cyclic di-nucleotides (CDN), highly active immune stimulators that activate DCs through a recently discovered cytoplasmic receptor known as STING (interferon gene stimulator) in particular, the CDNs of the present invention are provided in the form of a composition comprising one or more cyclic purine dinucleotides that induce the production of human STING-dependent type I interferon, wherein the purine cyclic dinucleotides present in the composition are substituted 2'or 3'-mono-fluoro or they are 2´3´-di-fluoro CDNs substituted with 2´, 5´-33´, 5´mixtos links.
