abstract The invention relates to a dry mix of plaster and cement, its use, and a method of producing prefabricated building components using the dry mix of plaster and cement. For this purpose, the dry gypsum and cement mixture comprises: a binder containing calcium sulfate, the hemihydrate, or a mixture comprising at least 50% by weight and hydraulic cement in a weight ratio of 5: 1 a 3: 1; a complementary material that is selected from crumbled materials of wood, plastic, expanded clay, beads, or a spongy material or a mixture thereof; additives, which contain - at least one plasticizer - at least one air pore former - at least one stabilizer - and at least one retarder / accelerator, the additives being present in dry form and the mass fraction of the sum of all the additives in the total mass of the dry mixture is <1%, the stabilizer being selected from condensed phosphophosphates or phosphates, wherein the retarder is a water-soluble anionic polymer and where the stabilizer / retarder mass ratio is 3: 1 to 1: 3.
