The invention relates to polypeptide variants for cleavage of the fusin toxin of a fusin toxin carboxylesterase with SEQ ID No. 46. Each of the polypeptide variants has an amino acid sequence shortened by 47 amino acids in the N-terminus , and the amino acid sequence has at least 70%, preferably 80%, in particular 100%, sequence identity, mainly SEQ ID No. 1, for the portion of amino acid sequence 48-540 of SEQ ID No 46. The invention also relates to isolated polynucleotides encoding the polypeptide variants, for the use of the polypeptide variants or the additive, and for a hydrolytic cleavage method of at least one fuser toxin. |
