The fermenting organism is Saccharomyces cerevisiae CIBTS1260 (deposited with accession number NRRL Y-50973 in the Agricultural Research Service Crops Collection (NRRL), Illinois 61604 USA) or a fermenting organism that has properties that are the same or approximately the same as those of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CIBTS1260. |
