titleOfInvention SIMPLE METHOD OF ELABORATION OF PROLONGED RELEASE SYSTEMS OF FERTILIZERS INCORPORATED BY PHYSICOCHEMICAL INTERACTION IN GLUTEN DE TRIGO.
abstract The present invention consists of a simple, economical and rapid method of developing prolonged and controlled fertilizer release systems by physicochemical interaction, from wheat gluten. The method consists in providing commercial wheat gluten, which is weighed up to 0.5589g and 1 mL of 1M urea is added, with this a dough is made that is subsequently molded into a pill, frozen and lyophilized. The product obtained can be used as prolonged and controlled release systems of nitrogen fertilizers, which helps to minimize costs and losses and contribute to the care of the environment.
