abstract |
The present invention aims to provide a process for the preparation of a highly polymerized aromatic polycarbonate resin, comprising the steps of a highly polymerization step for the reaction of an aromatic polycarbonate prepolymer and an aliphatic diol compound in the presence of a Transesterification catalyst to obtain a highly polymerized aromatic polycarbonate resin, a step of removing cyclic carbonate for the removal of at least part of the cyclic carbonate produced secondarily in the previous stage of highly polymerizing the reaction system, and a step of recycle for the hydrolyzing of the cyclic carbonate removed in the step of removing cyclic carbonate to obtain an aliphatic diol compound and use the aliphatic diol compound obtained as at least a part of the aliphatic diol compound that will be used in the stage of highly polymerizing . |
