PROCEDURE OF PRODUCTION OF POLYETERCARBONATOPOLIOL. |
abstract |
The invention relates to a process for producing polyether carbonate polyols by linking alkylene oxides and carbon dioxide to one or more initiators with H functionality in the presence of a bimetallic cyanide catalyst, characterized in that (a) a reactor is provided with a reactor suspension agent that does not contain groups with H functionality and (β) an alkylene oxide moiety is optionally added to the mixture of step (a) at temperatures of 90 to 150 ° C, then the addition of the oxide compound is interrupted alkylene, and (?) one or more initiators with H functionality are dosed into the reactor continuously during the reaction. |
