abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for corrosion protection of an article, comprising the steps of (a) applying a layer of a corrosion protection composition comprising (i) an amorphous polymer composition that it comprises an amorphous polymer having a glass transition temperature of -20 ° C or less and (ii) a water absorption filler, on a surface of the article (b) application of a mechanical protective layer on the upper part of the layer of the composition for corrosion protection, where the article is in a humid environment. The invention further relates to a composition for corrosion protection and a tape comprising a layer comprising a composition for corrosion protection according to the invention. The invention also relates to an article, comprising (a) a layer of a composition for corrosion protection according to the invention on a surface of the article, and (b) a mechanical protective layer for protecting the layer of the composition. |
