titleOfInvention METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR USE OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT FOR DISINFECTION AND SANITIZATION OF EGG.
abstract In one aspect, the present invention relates to a method of disinfecting the surface of the eggshell. In several embodiments, the method could include wetting the eggshell surface with a disinfection agent and exposing the eggshell surface to ultraviolet light after wetting with the disinfection agent occurs. The combination of the wetting of the eggshell surface with the disinfection agent and the exposure of the eggshell surface to ultraviolet light reduces the number of microbes on the surface of the eggshell.
