titleOfInvention SPECIFIC MARKING METHODS OF THE SITE AND MOLECULES PRODUCED THROUGH THE SAME.
abstract The present invention provides antibody-specific labeling methods, using proteins that have 4'-phosphopanteteinyl transferase activity that catalyze post-translational modification of peptide sequences ("peptide tags") incorporated into one or more specific sites. of an antibody of interest. Enzymatic labeling makes possible quantitative and irreversible covalent modification of a specific serine residue within the peptide tags incorporated into the antibody and, consequently, creates desirable antibody conjugates.
