abstract A soap bar free of surfactant comprising soap, from 0.1 to 2.5% by weight of free fatty acid; from 3 to 7% by weight of talc and from 0.1 to 5% of glycerin. The talc can be a macrocrystalline talc that has D90 = 40µm and optionally D50 = 20µm or D10 = 5µm. The combination provides increased dermal sensation and leaves the skin with a less dry appearance.
