A description of a patch (1) for the replacement of a bladder wall portion is given, after a partial cystectomy, comprising a textile material (2) derived from a PGA thread and provided with a shaped support frame star, flexible and harmonic, formed by a plurality of radial strips (3) manufactured by injection of a PGA / PLA copolymer, said patch (1) being suitable for the manufacture of autologous fibrous capsule cells, generated by the process of tissue reconstruction, which grow on it after insertion into the patient. |
