abstract | The present invention relates to a strip for a lateral flow test! enhanced of a biological sample in a lateral flow chromatography assay and in a single plane using an analysis device containing the same. The strip of the present invention consists of an individual pad, which can improve the lateral flow test by providing an easy and simple procedure and a clear visual reading. The strip of the present invention consists of a sample application zone (sample) and a reagent-resulting zone where the reaction mixture (reagent) that are in the same plane is deposited. In addition, the present invention provides a chromatographic method in which hemoglobin is separated from the analyte by differential chromatography on the solid phase. Any interference of detection of the result by hemoglobin is eliminated by the present invention. The present invention provides advantages that include an easy and simple procedure with a quick and clear response. |
