The present invention describes the use of PS and PET obtained from recyclable materials, as host materials to obtain luminescent films. Doping materials of organic pigments (PO) and organic fluorescent pigments (PFOs), for example blue, yellow and red, which have luminescent emissions at 450, 510 and 590 nm, respectively, were also used, as rare earths and nanoparticles are also used as dopants of Al2O3: Tb and Al2O3: Eu. The PS and PET films were obtained by pyrolytic spray using commercial glass and GaN LEDs as substrates (with emissions in 390 and 455 nm violet and blue light respectively). Photo and electroluminescence measurements of the films obtained were made, achieving white light emission using appropriately doped PS films, in electroluminescent devices that have blue and violet light emission. |
