abstract |
The present invention relates to modified-release pharmaceutical compositions comprising desvenlafaxine, one or more release modifying agents and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients thereof. More particularly, the invention relates to modified-release pharmaceutical compositions comprising desvenlafaxine benzoate and a process for the preparation thereof. In addition, the invention relates to a modified release pharmaceutical composition comprising desvenlafaxine benzoate, one or more modifying agents and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients thereof wherein the Cmax and AUC of the modified release composition are independent of effect of food. |
