| abstract | The present invention relates to a cementitious polymer sealant and elastomeric primer, which is part of a waterproofing system for roofs of homes and buildings, which ensures the adhesion to the substrate of the waterproofing that will be applied later, also replacing the first layer of the Cement mix with water commonly known as cement grout that is applied to roofs prior to waterproofing. The present invention relates to a cementitious polymer sealant and elastomeric primer, whose constitution integrally allows to achieve properties that are not found in the current market, mainly within the area of common elastomeric sealants. The process and the way of inclusion of Portland Cement within its constitution, managing to preserve its stability and properties over time, make it a unique material and whose components separately could not meet all the performance benefits obtained with it , among them the replacement of the first layer of the cement mixture with water commonly known as cement grout that is applied to the roofs previously to the waterproofing and in turn also functions as a primer and adhesion promoter for the waterproofing. |
