titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE SEPARATION AND RECOVERY OF ETHANOL AND THE MOST HEAVY HYDROCARBONS OF LIQUID NATURAL GAS.
abstract A process for extracting heavier components, e.g. NGL from liquid-fluid currents such as stream (s) of LGN Rico (RLNG) with rationalized economy. The process involves heating the RLNG stream in one or more heat exchangers (LNGX) against the column head steam stream; lack of requirement for separation of the feed streams in feed and backflow by division of KNGX before or after heating. The original liquid RLNG is processed producing liquid NGL while returning purified Poor LNG (LLNG) as a product in a form of Liquid LNG. The process operates essentially without the need for compression equipment. The process additionally provides compressed natural gas without pressure and with the specifications of the pipe. This is a system that can flexibly change the product compositions and specifications of the NGL product / Poor LNG / Pipe Gas and operates in both modes of Ethane Extraction (C2) 99% with NGL Pipe and Recovery Specifications with Ethane rejection (C2), with equipment economy and energy requirements.
