titleOfInvention | HUMAN LIPOESCULTURE TECHNIQUE WITH DISPOSABLE SYRINGE AND LOCAL ANESTHESIA. |
abstract | This technique is an instrumental medical treatment (xylocaine, epinephrine, sodium bicarbonate) (60ml disposable syringe, 3mm x 16cm length extraction cannula) that is performed in an appropriate place and the protocol is as follows; After photographing the front and side of the area that is going to work, we MARK the adipose areas to obtain a topographic design, then the asepsis of the area to work with isodine foam is done to later pass it to the work table previously covered with sterile clothing, the patient lies down in a dorsal, ventral or lateral position, sterile fields are left leaving only the work area free. Now we apply the ANESTHESIA in the adipose area with Klein solution (physiological solution, lidocaine, bicarbonate and epinephrine), then we continue with the process of LICUEFACTION of the adipose tissue. This is done with movements of vai -ven we liquefy the entire adipose area to extract the fat tissue with ease. After the liquefaction we proceed to the EXTRACTION of the adipose area, this is carried out with a syringe with repeated movement movements in an order until the entire adipose area is aspirated, the volume extracted should not exceed 3 liters of adipose tissue. Finally, we cover the access holes, sell and wrap the patient, we put her in observation for 1 hour, we check vital signs and we discharge her if they are well. |
