abstract |
The present invention is directed to compositions for directed release of interfering RNA polynucleotides (RNAi) to hepatocytes in vivo. Targeted RNAi polynucleotides are administered together with co-directed release polymers. Release polymers provide membrane penetration function for movement of RNAi polynucleotides from outside the cell into the cell. The reversible modification provides physiological sensitivity to the release polymers. |
