abstract The present invention is related to the preparation of beverages, of the type of beverages that are obtained from a concentrate that can be dissolved in water or milk to form an instant beverage; wherein said concentrate is in the form of a solid body soluble in water or milk; characterized in that it consists of a dehydrated mixture of high quality soluble coffee consisting of a mixture of 80% robust coffee and 20% arabic coffee, a sweetening agent preferably muscovado sugar and a binding agent preferably maltodextrin; where 500 g of muscovado sugar and 300 g of maltodextrin are used for each liter of coffee extract.
