titleOfInvention IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CONTINUOUS GIRATORY MOVEMENT THERMOFORMATION OF SOLUBLE SACKS.
abstract Soluble sacks are revealed that are formed in a continuous-motion rotary thermoforming machine having cavities 11 on the surface of a drum 10 to which a polymeric film cloth is stretched by vacuum to form enclosures. The enclosures are filled with one or more components and closed by an additional polymeric film cloth. The back-contraction of the polymeric film inside the cavities is reduced by heating the cavities 11 with heating elements 125.
