abstract The present invention describes a method of quantification of serum antiphospholipid antibodies (AAF) and / or for the diagnosis or monitoring of Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (SAAF), being a coagulometric method of modified thromboplastin time based on the standardization of Phospholipid concentrations necessary to demonstrate the presence of the antibody, and depending on the amount of antibody present in the samples and in the measurement of the prolongation of the coagulation time, the level of thrombotic risk at different stages of life can be correlated of patients with SAAF.
