The present invention relates to a cationic oil-in-colloidal water emulsion comprising: - a prostaglandin, - an oil having an iodine value = 2, - one or more surfactants including at least one quaternary ammonium compound, - water, wherein the proportion of prostaglandin mass / total sum of surfactants is between 0.5 and 5. The present invention also pertains to the use of said cationic oil-in-water emulsions to enhance the stability of said prostaglandins, for treatment and ocular hypertension and / or glaucoma, to promote eyelash growth and / or to treat eyelash hypotrichosis. |
