titleOfInvention SPORTS AND LOW ODOR CHEMICAL DECONTAMINANTS FOR HARD SURFACES.
abstract A low-odor liquid disinfectant composition is described, comprising multiple components, which, with mixing, provide an aqueous solution comprising low levels of peracetic acid for use in the decontamination of articles and surfaces contaminated with bacteria, viruses, fungi. and other chemical and biological contaminants, including, but not limited to, spores, such as, Clostridium difficile (C. diff), Clostridium sporogenes, and anthrax, mouse parvovirus, and mustard, nerve agents and other chemical and biological agents for war. The disinfectant composition is prepared immediately before use by combining two or more separately packaged components, a component that is an acetyl donor comprising TAED or DAMA, and the other component that is a hydrogen peroxide solution.
