A thermostable DNA polymerase preparation is described which can unlimitedly reduce the risk of false positivity in the detection of an object microorganism using a gene amplification reaction and, therefore, which allows selective amplification of the DNA to detect the object microorganism. even when the amount of the target microorganism is small and, therefore, the amount of DNA collected from it is extremely small, and can be produced at a reduced cost. A method for quantifying or quantifying / identifying an object organism that will be detected quickly and adequately with high sensitivity using the preparation of the present invention is also described. |
