titleOfInvention PREPARATION OF FREEZE-DEHYDRATION TETRADOTOXIN AND THE METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF THE SAME.
abstract A kind of stable preparation of freeze-dehydration tetradotoxin and its production method. The freeze-dehydration tetradotoxin preparation has tetrodotoxin as an active ingredient, and consists of solubilizer, excipient and stabilizer. The referred solubilizer is citric acid and the freeze-dehydration excipient is sodium oxide or mannitol or compound of the two, the stabilizer is dextran or trehalose or compound of the two where, tetradotoxin, excipient and stabilizer come in the relationship from 1: 150-3000: 50-500 or 50-6000. Preferably it would include hydrochloric acid lidocaine conditioning cone. The freeze-dehydration preparation of the present invention will be applied for the abstention of drug addiction such as opium, marijuana and other syndromes.
