abstract |
A method of forming polyurethane foam from a ream component and an isocyanate component includes the use of at least one control valve controlling a flow rate of at least one of the ream component and the isocyanate component. The method includes connecting lines that have at least 1 inch diameter to a control valve housing. The method also includes attaching a source of gas pressure to the line. At least one of the ream component and the isocyanate component is pressurized with the gas pressure source to move the ream and / or isocyanate component through the line and in the flow control device at a flow rate between 5 and 70 gallons per minute. |
