The present invention also provides a composition comprising: a) magnesium silicate; b) a suspending agent for magnesium silicate; c) water; d) optionally, an emulsifying agent; e) optionally, exclude caustic soda, and f) optionally, exclude hydrogen peroxide. The present invention also provides a method for deinking a cellulosic substrate using the composition described above.
