A compound useful as an EP1 receptor antagonist is described. The studies are carried out with respect to EP1 receptor antagonists, and it is confirmed that a compound having a sulfamide structure wherein a nitrogen atom in the sulfamide structure is replaced by a 2-fluoropropyl group, 3-fluoro-2 group -methylpropyl or the like, has a potent antagonistic activity on an EP1 receptor. The sulfamide compound has a potent antagonistic activity on an EP1 receptor and, therefore, can be used as a prophylactic and / or therapeutic agent for a lower urinary tract symptom or the like. |
