abstract | Process and furnace, which allows the use of filter earth residues (Diatomaceous earths), eliminating the organic material, by means of the process illustrated in the present investigation, said furnace consists of a container, where the industrial waste is deposited, to transport the material is used a folding table, also has a stirrer with pedestal, to lower blades and remove the treated material. The gases generated are collected by an extractor which has a cooling jacket, to later be sent to an absorber system, where they are neutralized. Through this equipment and process, materials were obtained, light, with little porosity and high resistance to compression, with this it was possible to apply granular solid industrial waste in the construction industry or in the mechanical industry, which are harmful to environment. |
