titleOfInvention DERIVATIVES OF AZETIDINE AND CYCLLOBUTANE AS JAK INHIBITORS.
abstract The method includes the steps of carrying out in vitro enzyme tests of liver, intestine and / or expressed with selected ethnobotanical substances, both for humans and a variety of animal species, to produce an array of resulting chemical entities, such as metabolites, for Human and animals. Comparisons are then made between the chemical entities of human in vitro studies and animal in vitro studies to determine the closest match. The animal with the closest match is then used for an in vivo study. If a match is present between the in vivo results of the animal and the in vitro results of the human, the matched chemical entity is isolated or synthesized and is then further tested to determine the convenience of the matched chemical entity as a treatment medication.
