A compound is provided in formula (I): wherein RH represents one or more optional substituents on the fused cyclohexane ring; R1 is selected from H and halo; RN is selected from H and alkyl of 1 to 10 optionally substituted carbon atoms; and RC1 and RC2 are independently selected from H, R, C (= O) OR, where R is alkyl of 1 to 10 optionally substituted carbon atoms, aryl of 5 to 20 optionally substituted carbon atoms or heterocyclyl of 3 to 20 optionally substituted carbon atoms; RC1 and RC2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached can form a carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring of 5 to 7 optionally substituted spiked carbon atoms. |
