abstract A compound is described that has an activity of inhibiting the production / secretion of β-amyloid protein and is effective for the prevention / treatment of a disease associated with the abnormal production / secretion of β-amyloid protein. A compound represented by the general formula (I), a salt thereof, or a solvate of the compound or the salt is specifically described (see formula (I)) wherein R 1 represents a C 1 -C 6 alkyl group which may have 1 to 6 halogen atoms as substituents, a C2-C6 alkenyl group which may have 1 to 6 halogen atoms as substituents, or a C3-C7 cycloalkyl group which may have 1 to 6 halogen atoms as substituents; R2 represents a 6-membered nitrogen monocyclic aromatic heterocyclic group having 1 to 3 substituents, or a 9 or 10-membered nitrogenous bicyclic heterocyclic group having 1 to 4 substituents; Z1, Z2 and Z3 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a cyano group; and n represents a number of 0, 1 or 2.
