abstract The present invention relates to an oily dispersion comprising: (a) from 1 to 50% herbicide weight of 2-benzoyl-1,3-cyclohexandione; (b) from 0.5 to 20% by weight of water; (c) from 40 to 90% by weight of oil; (d) from 0.5 to 20% by weight of one or more emulsifiers and optionally one or more additional formulation components; (e) optionally from 0 to 40% by weight of acid; and (f) optionally 0 to 40% by weight of other active ingredients; where the sum of the components is 100%. The present invention also relates to the suspoemulsions that result from dispersing the oily dispersion in water, with a method for making oily dispersions and suspoemulsions and with a method for controlling unwanted plants using suspoemulsions.
