titleOfInvention | INTEGRATED ENERGY SYSTEM AND BIOREFINERIA. |
abstract | This figure shows the different relationships that occur between raw materials and different plants. - Biogas Plant: It has the following raw materials; 1 slurry, 2 vinasse (from the ethanol plant) and 3 organic wastes (liquids and solids) On the other hand, this plant generates the following; 1 electric power (which is supplied to the ethanol and biodiesel plant), 2 heat source (which is transported to the silos and warehouses where the raw materials of the ethanol plant and the biodiesel plant are received), 3 Biofertilizer, which can be sold directly or can be further refined, for which a calcareous source can be added, which will improve its contribution, fertilizing and correcting PH at the same time. - Ethanol plant: It has the following raw materials; 1 electrical energy (which is supplied by the biogas plant), 2 sources of heat (which is supplied by the biogas plant), 3 grain of corn (which will come from different farms). On the other hand the productions are the following productions; 1 Alcohol ethanol or bioethanol (which will be used as a fuel in conventional benzines and in the formulation of biodiesel and oxydiesel), 2 carbon dioxide (the use of this gas refers to the formulation of machine drinks, as they need an attached source of gas or in another situation the gas may be channeled to the biogas plant where, this contribution may increase the yield of biogas), 3 corn cakes (this input is channeled for the formulation of a concentrated food or in another situation can be sent this input, to the digesters of the biogas plant in order to increase the yields of biogas and electrical energy), 4 vinasse (in a first instance these will be directed to the digesters of the biogas plant, with in order to enrich the fermentative mud of the biogas plant). - Biodiesel plant: It has the following raw materials; 1 electricity (from the biogas plant), 2 heat sources (from the biogas plant and its purpose is to lower the humidity level of the raw materials entering the system), 3 raps (oilseeds from different properties), 4 ethanol (alcohol from the ethanol plant which is used in the formulation of biodiesel and oxydiesel). On the other hand the productions are the following; 1 biodiesel (its use is oriented to additive in diesel city), 2 glycerin (which can be refined and used for different uses), 3 cake raps (its use is oriented to the formulation of a concentrated food together with the cake of if not, corn could be injected into the digesters of the biogas plant in order to increase gas yields). The formulation of the concentrated food product of the cakes, merits some attached facilities that are not considered in the general design, are not considered because they are simple facilities without level of complexity, the same is indicated for the formulation of the oxydiesel. |
